Prescriptions
Current medications are shown on the Clinical Summary screen and clicking on the Medications link opens the Medications screen. On this screen, users can add new medications, alter prescriptions (e.g. increase or reduce a dose or drug frequency) or terminate a medication. The list of available medications is linked to the NHS England DM+D drugs list with the possible routes of administration and the drug units determined by each individual drug.
Drugs can also be selected to ‘Give on HD’ or for ‘Home Delivery’ which will link, for example, to HD session data collection or printing out Home Delivery forms.
